2. Institutional Endorsement: Official permission and endorsement from your home hospital or institute.
3. Clear Objectives: Well-defined learning objectives and academic/clinical goals for the visit.
4. Language Proficiency: Proficient in either English or Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
5. Cultural Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt to cross-cultural work and clinical environments.
6. Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Strictly adhere to Chinese laws, regulations, and institutional policies of PUTH during the visit.
🚀 How to Apply & Registration Pathways
PUTH provides three official registration channels for international medical applicants:
1. Official Dispatch Track (PKU / PKUHSC Channel)
· Description: Official exchange fellows dispatched directly by Peking University Main Campus or Peking University Health Science Center.
· Procedure: Handled through official university-level exchange channels.
2. Department-Led Invitation Track
· 4-Step Process:
1. Eligibility Review: The hosting department reviews the applicant's credentials, professional background, and study objectives.
2. Written Submission: The sponsoring department submits a formal application signed by department leadership to the Education Department.
3. Joint Invitation Letter: Upon approval by the supervising dean, the Education Department and sponsoring department jointly issue an official English Invitation Letter.
4. Visa Application: The applicant applies for a China F Visa (non-degree exchange/visiting fellow program) at a Chinese embassy or consulate.
3. Self-Registration Track (Direct Application)
· Description: Individual application via email submission.
· Submission Instructions: Download and fill out the official application form, then submit it via email along with all required initial supporting documents to the program coordinator (alissayt00@gmail.com).

· Recommendation Letter: 1 official recommendation letter from your current institution/employer.
· Passport / Identification: Clear photocopy of the passport photo page (or national ID card).
Post-Admission Phase (Required prior to commencing the study visit):
· Proof of Clean Criminal Record: Official background check, or a signed Criminal Record Declaration provided by PUTH if official proof is unavailable.
· Study Visit Agreement: Tripartite agreement signed by the applicant, the applicant's home institute, and PUTH.
· Health & Travel Insurance Proof: Valid personal accident, medical, and travel insurance (strongly recommended; PUTH is not liable for personal injuries or accidental medical compensation incurred during the fellowship).
