        From May 16 to 21, 2025, the American Thoracic Society (ATS) International Conference was held in San Francisco, USA. The Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, Peking University Third Hospital, actively participated in international academic exchanges, with a total of 3 research findings selected. Chen Dian, a doctoral student from Professor Chen Yahong's team, delivered a special report titled "Lipid Nanoparticle Delivery of Hepatocyte Growth Factor mRNA Promotes Lung Tissue Repair in Emphysema". This research finding won the RSF Assembly Award, and Chen Dian won the ATS-ISRD (International Society for Respiratory Diseases) Young Investigator Award. Professor Chen Yahong, as the China Lead for the ATS-MECOR Program, participated in a special seminar on "Enhancing Clinical Research Capabilities of Young Physicians".
