Peking University Third Hospital Selected as a First-Batch Member of the WIC Working Group on Digital and Intelligent Health

On July 22, 2026, at the 2026 World Internet Conference Digital Silk Road Development Forum held in Xi'an, the WIC Working Group on Digital and Intelligent Health was officially established. On the strength of its innovative practices in fields such as the development and application of artificial intelligence technology and social governance, Peking University Third Hospital was selected as a first-batch member organization of the working group. Jiang Xue, Deputy Party Secretary of Peking University Third Hospital and Director of the Office for the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements, was appointed as the only deputy group leader from a medical institution, representing the Hospital in participating in relevant work in the field of digital and intelligent health.

The working group currently brings together more than 70 institutions, enterprises, and expert scholars, covering three major areas: international collaboration, clinical medicine and academic research, and industrial ecology.
