According to the corporate governance structure of Haidian Hospital (PUTH in Haidian district), the establishing ceremony of the first Board of Directors & Board of Supervisors of Haidian Hospital and the first meeting of Board of Directors was held on May 30^th.

Board of Directors:

Director-general Fu Shouqing;

Under director-general, Qiao Jie and Duan Anan;

Directors, He Ping, Jin Changxiao, Liu Lanying, Liu Xiaoguang, Zhang Li and Yu Fengchun;

Board of Supervisors:

Chief Supervisor: Zhang Xijun;

Supervisors: Liu Pengzhi, Yan Shi, Song Dongan and Liang Hongyan. The conference passed the constitution of Haidian Hospital. Liu Xiaoguang, the former vice president, was announced as president of Haidian Hospital. Report of former work was done and further work plan was discussed during the conference.
