Peking University Third Hospital Wins 2024 Beijing Medical Science and Technology Award for 5 Leading Projects

        On June 20, 2025, the Beijing Medical Association issued the "Decision of the Beijing Medical Association on the 2024 Beijing Medical Science and Technology Award". Five projects led by teams from Peking University Third Hospital respectively won the First Prize and Second Prize of the Beijing Medical Science and Technology Award. Tian Hua's team from the Department of Orthopedics received the First Prize for "Development and Application of Key Digital Diagnosis and Treatment Technologies for Hip and Knee Arthroplasty"; An Yang's team from the Department of Plastic Surgery received the Second Prize for "Establishment of Theoretical System and Application of Key Technologies for Nasal Plastic Surgery and Reconstruction in East Asians"; Zhuang Hongqing's team from the Department of Radiation Oncology received the Second Prize for "Establishment and Promotion of Key Robotic Radiosurgery Technology System"; Ma Qingbian's team from the Department of Emergency Medicine received the Second Prize for "Construction and Application of an Emergency Critical Care Management System Based on Systems Science"; and Yang Yuping's team from the Department of Sports Medicine received the Second Prize for "Peking University Third Hospital Sports Medicine Team's Series of Popular Science on 'Injury Prevention, Healthy Exercise'".
