Multiple Experts from Peking University Third Hospital Participate in the 11th World Glaucoma Congress

        From June 25 to 28, 2025, the 11th World Glaucoma Congress was held in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA. Multiple experts from the Glaucoma Department, Department of Ophthalmology, Peking University Third Hospital, participated in the conference, and 5 research findings were accepted for poster presentations. These included research by Chief Physician Fan Xiang and Professor Wu Lingling's team on "Application of Kahook Dual Blade (KDB)-assisted goniotomy in secondary open-angle glaucoma"; Chief Physician Hong Ying's team's research on "Surgical outcomes of microcatheter-assisted 360° trabeculotomy in patients with open-angle glaucoma and the impact of aqueous humor cytokines on treatment efficacy"; Associate Chief Physician Dong Xuran's team's "Evolution and Hotspot Analysis of Stem Cell Therapy for Ocular Diseases Based on Bibliometrics"; and two related studies involving Zhang Weijia, a doctoral student in ophthalmology.
