Lin Jian / Chen Long's Team from the Department of Pharmacy, Peking University Third Hospital, Published Findings, Achieving Progress in the Field of γδ TCell Tumor Immunotherapy

        Recently, the team of Research Fellow Lin Jian / Associate Research Fellow Chen Long from the Department of Pharmacy, Peking University Third Hospital, in collaboration with the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the College of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering, Peking University, published a research paper in the internationally renowned comprehensive journal National Science Review titled: "Chemical engineering of γδ T cells with cancer cell-targeting antibodies for enhanced tumor immunotherapy."

        The study is the first to report a new method for constructing antibody-γδ T cell conjugates through a chemical engineering strategy, which significantly enhances the tumor targeting efficiency and anti-tumor activity of γδ T cells. This research opens up broad prospects for "living drugs" for cancer—adoptive cell therapy."

        Associate Research Fellow Chen Long is the first author and corresponding author, Research Fellow Lin Jian, Professor Guo Hongyan from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Professor Chen Xing from Peking University are the co-corresponding authors, and Associate Research Fellow Cheng Bo from Peking University, Yang Zhanqun from the Department of Pharmacy, Peking University Third Hospital, and Zheng Mengzhu from Hainan University are the co-first authors.
