Peking University Third Hospital Participates in the 2026 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Conference

From March 25 to 29, the 2026 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Conference was held in Beijing. Peking University Third Hospital participated in the forum and completed two releases, two signings, and three showcases. Vice President Li Rong released the preparation technology and clinical application of stromal vascular fraction (SVF) from autologous fat, and Yuan Chunhui, Director of General Surgery, released an intelligent agent for pancreatic disease diagnosis and treatment. Two major projects were signed on site: the spinal laminectomy robot developed by the orthopedic team led by Li Weishi, and the Peking University Third Hospital-Baiyang Chengchuang Joint Research and Development Center for Reproductive Function Repair, jointly established by the reproductive medicine team led by Yan Jie and Baiyang Pharmaceutical Group. Several innovation projects from the orthopedic team led by Li Weishi, the plastic surgery team led by An Yang, and the neurosurgery team led by Researcher Yang Chenlong were showcased in different sections of the forum.

Academician Qiao Jie, Director of Peking University Health Science Center and President of the Peking University Third Hospital Institute of Medical Innovation, systematically reviewed the development trends and transformation landscape of cell therapy from the perspective of innovation and change in China's cell therapy industry in a global context. Jiang Xue, Deputy Party Secretary and Director of the Office of Scientific and Technological Achievement Transformation, attended the 50-Person Forum on Scientific and Technological Achievement Transformation and joined a roundtable discussion, offering an in-depth account of the hospital's key role in technology transfer.
