Peking University Third Hospital Wutong Forum Marks Its 100th Session

From March 28 to 29, the 100th session of Peking University Third Hospital's Wutong Forum was held in the Health Medicine Center Building. Academician Qiao Jie, Director of Peking University Health Science Center and President of the Peking University Third Hospital Institute of Medical Innovation, and Tang Yida, Deputy Director of Peking University Health Science Center, Vice President of Peking University Third Hospital, and Vice President of the Institute of Medical Innovation, delivered remarks. They fully affirmed the forum's important role and achievements, and expressed the hope that the forum would take its 100th session as a new starting point to produce more academic and translational achievements with international influence.

Professor Lv Zhimin from Zhejiang University, Professor Liu Shuangjiang from Shandong University, Researcher Hui Lijian from the Center for Excellence in Molecular Cell Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Chang Lingqian from Beihang University, and Professor Wang Yun from Peking University delivered keynote lectures.

The forum featured four sub-forums on neuroimmunology, organoids, microbiota and metabolism, and medical-engineering integration. Professors from universities and hospitals across China shared in-depth insights. Wang Yan, Wang Pengcheng, and Yuan Zuoying, associate researchers at the Basic Medical Research Center of Peking University Third Hospital, as well as Dr. Yang Jingwei, introduced their respective research work, demonstrating the strength of young researchers on the hospital platform.
