北医三院超声医学科常态化开展白俄罗斯医师研修，搭建中白超声医学长效合作平台

The Department of Ultrasound Medicine of Peking University Third Hospital Delivers Regular Training for Belarusian Physicians and Builds a Long-Term Cooperation Platform for Sino-Belarusian Ultrasound Medicine

为落实 “一带一路” 健康丝绸之路建设，北京大学第三医院超声医学科形成 “外方来访 — 中方出访签约 — 培训基地揭牌 — 分批次来华进修” 完整时序合作链条，依托北医三院 - 白俄罗斯超声培训基地，先后承办两批白俄罗斯医师系统研修，建立稳定可持续的跨国超声人才培养机制，持续推进中白超声学科务实交流。

To advance the development of the Health Silk Road under the Belt and Road Initiative, the Department of Ultrasound Medicine of Peking University Third Hospital has established a full chronological cooperation chain: Belarusian delegation visits China – Chinese experts travel to Belarus to sign cooperation agreements – Unveiling of the joint training base – Phased advanced training for Belarusian physicians in China. Relying on the Peking University Third Hospital-Belarus Ultrasound Training Base, the department has organized systematic advanced training for two cohorts of Belarusian physicians successively, created a stable and sustainable cross-border training mechanism for ultrasound professionals, and promoted practical academic exchanges in ultrasound medicine between China and Belarus.

一、合作开端：白俄罗斯代表团来访达成合作意向Origin of Cooperation: Belarusian Delegation Visits China and Reaches Intent of Cooperation in March 2024

双方合作基础始于 2024 年 3 月，白俄罗斯超声协会会长、维捷布斯克国立医科大学校长 Chukanau 教授率卫生部专家代表团应邀到访北医三院超声医学科。代表团实地考察科室临床、教学、科研工作，高度认可科室肌骨、介入、超声造影特色技术实力，双方就跨国人才培养、学术交流达成初步合作共识。

The bilateral cooperation originated in March 2024. Professor Chukanau, President of the Belarusian Ultrasound Association and Rector of Vitebsk State Medical University, led an expert delegation from the Ministry of Health of Belarus to pay a visit to the Department of Ultrasound Medicine, Peking University Third Hospital.The delegation conducted on-site inspections of the department’s clinical services, teaching programs and scientific research work. They highly recognized the department’s core strengths in musculoskeletal ultrasound, interventional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound. Both sides reached a preliminary consensus on cross-border talent training and academic exchanges.

二、落地推进：崔立刚主任赴白签署三方合作协议Advancing Cooperation On-Site: Director Cui Ligang Signs Tripartite Cooperation Agreement in Belarus in September 2024

同年 9 月，科室主任崔立刚教授受邀赴白俄罗斯，参加由中国医学装备协会、白俄罗斯卫生部联合主办的 2024 中国医学装备（白俄罗斯）展览会。展会期间，崔立刚代表超声装备技术分会，与维捷布斯克国立人民友谊医科大学、国药嘉运白俄罗斯代表处签署三方合作协议，正式确立超声联合培养合作框架。

In September of the same year, Professor Cui Ligang, Director of the Department, was invited to Belarus to attend the 2024 China Medical Equipment Exhibition co-hosted by China Association of Medical Equipment and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus.

During the exhibition, on behalf of the Ultrasound Equipment Technical Branch, Professor Cui signed a tripartite cooperation agreement with Vitebsk State Order of Peoples' Friendship Medical University and the Belarus Representative Office of Sinopharm Fortune International Trading Corporation, formally establishing the framework for joint training in ultrasound medicine.

In parallel with the exhibition, a special ultrasound forum was held. Professor Cui Ligang delivered a presentation to all participating Belarusian medical practitioners, systematically introducing the disciplinary development of Peking University Third Hospital, cutting-edge achievements in musculoskeletal ultrasound, as well as application scenarios of 5G remote ultrasound. He shared China’s standardized ultrasound diagnosis and treatment system, sparking vigorous academic discussions among the audience.

论坛结束后，崔立刚团队实地走访明斯克市急救中心医院，深入急诊科、ICU、骨科病房调研当地超声临床应用现状，摸清当地技术短板，为后续定制来华培训课程收集一线需求。

Following the forum, Professor Cui’s team paid an on-site visit to Minsk City Emergency Hospital. The group conducted in-depth investigations into the clinical application of ultrasound in its emergency department, ICU and orthopedic wards. They identified local technical gaps and collected frontline clinical demands to customize targeted training courses for Belarusian physicians coming to China in the future.

三、平台成型：中白超声培训基地正式揭牌Establishment of Cooperation Platform: Unveiling of Sino-Belarusian Ultrasound Training Base in April 2025

依托前期互访与签约成果，2025 年 4 月，“北医三院 - 白俄罗斯超声培训基地” 在医学超声发展与创新研讨会上正式揭牌。白俄罗斯驻华大使、北医三院付卫院长、中国医学装备协会侯岩会长共同见证。该基地纳入中白医学合作备忘录，由国药嘉运国际贸易全程协调保障，标志双方交流从短期互访转为机制化、常态化长期项目。

Building on previous exchanges and signed agreements, the Peking University Third Hospital-Belarus Ultrasound Training Base was officially inaugurated at the Symposium on the Development and Innovation of Medical Ultrasound in April 2025. The unveiling ceremony was witnessed by the Ambassador of Belarus to China, President Fu Wei of Peking University Third Hospital, and Chairman Hou Yan of China Association of Medical Equipment.Incorporated into the Memorandum of Understanding on Sino-Belarusian Medical Cooperation, the base receives full coordination and logistical support from Sinopharm Fortune International Trading Corporation. This milestone marked the transformation of bilateral exchanges from short-term visits into institutionalized, regular long-term programs.

四、首期研修：两名白俄罗斯骨干医师完成全周期培训First Batch of Advanced Training: Two Core Belarusian Physicians Complete Full-cycle Program in November 2025

2025 年 11 月 4 日至 26 日，来自戈梅利共和国放射医学中心、明斯克第十四综合医院的德米特里、玛丽娜两名医师来院开展四周系统化研修。课程结合白俄罗斯临床短板定制四大模块：肌骨关节标准扫描、超声介入理论与仿体实操、超声造影全套技术、结业综合考核。

From November 4 to 26, 2025, two senior physicians — Dzmitry Haurylenka 、Marina Tanasiyenka from the Republican Scientific and Practical Centre for Radiation Medicine and Human Ecology and Marina Tanasiyenka from the 14th Minsk City Hospital — attended a four-week systematic training program at our department.Tailored to local clinical shortcomings in Belarus, the curriculum consists of four modules: standard scanning protocols for musculoskeletal joints, theories and phantom practice of interventional ultrasound, comprehensive techniques of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS), and final comprehensive assessment.

其中超声造影为白俄罗斯尚未开展的技术，由付鹏副主任、葛喜凤医师专项带教；介入实操由崔立刚主任手把手示范髋关节注射操作，学员借助穿刺仿体反复练习。课余科室组织学员参观北大医学办学特展，了解国内医学传承。培训结束后，两家白俄罗斯医疗机构分别发来正式感谢信，充分认可培训实效，并邀约中方专家赴白交流。

CEUS is yet to be implemented in Belarus, so Deputy Director Fu Peng and Physician Ge Xifeng provided exclusive tutoring on this technology. For interventional practice, Director Cui Ligang delivered hands-on demonstrations of hip joint injections, and the trainees conducted repeated drills on puncture phantoms. In spare time, the department arranged a visit to the special exhibition on the history of Peking University Health Science Center for the trainees to learn about China’s medical heritage. Upon completion of training, the two Belarusian medical institutions each sent an official thank-you letter, fully affirming the tangible outcomes of the program and extending an invitation for Chinese specialists to conduct exchanges in Belarus.

五、二期进修：第二批三名医师接续来华学习Second Batch of Advanced Training: Three Physicians Come to China for Further Studies in May 2026

首批医师归国后，将所学造影、肌骨、介入技术落地本院，在白俄罗斯医疗圈形成良好示范效应。2026 年 5 月，三名白俄罗斯医师再次赴北医三院进修。开班会上，崔立刚主任在致辞中，对三位白俄罗斯医生的到来表示诚挚欢迎。他回顾了双方自 2024 年春天以来从高层互访到培训基地建立，再到首批学员成功研修的一系列合作成果，并表示科室已为本次进修精心规划了系统的学习方案，期待大家在接下来的时间里学有所获，与科室同仁教学相长，共同进步。

After returning to Belarus, the first group of trainees applied the contrast-enhanced ultrasound, musculoskeletal ultrasound and interventional ultrasound skills they had learned in their daily clinical work, setting an inspiring benchmark for medical practitioners across the country.In May 2026, three Belarusian physicians came to Peking University Third Hospital for advanced training. At the opening session of the training program, Professor Cui Ligang delivered a speech and extended a sincere welcome to the three visiting doctors.He reviewed a full range of cooperative achievements since the spring of 2024, including high-level mutual visits between the two sides, the establishment of the joint training base, and the successful completion of training by the first cohort. He stated that the department had elaborately formulated a systematic training curriculum for this batch. He expressed the hope that the visiting physicians could gain substantial professional progress during the program, and that teaching and learning would complement each other to achieve mutual advancement between the department’s medical staff and the overseas trainees.

六、长效合作规划Long-Term Cooperation Plan

依托培训基地与多年双向交流基础，双方确定三项长期协作计划：

1.设立年度常态化进修通道，持续接收白俄罗斯各级医院超声医师来华专项培训；

2.搭建双向学术平台，定期开展中方专家赴白巡讲、线上联合病例研讨；

3.推进联合临床科研，围绕肌骨损伤、脏器超声造影、重症肺部超声等共研方向开展合作。

本次从高层互访、海外签约、基地落地到两批医师来华进修的完整合作链条，是 “一带一路” 健康领域务实合作典型实践。北医三院超声医学科将持续输出标准化、可落地的超声诊疗技术，以双向人才培养为纽带，持续深化中白医学互鉴。

Based on the training base and years of two-way exchanges, both sides have formulated three long-term cooperation initiatives:

1.Establish an annual regular training channel to continuously receive ultrasound physicians from all levels of Belarusian hospitals for specialized training in China;

2.Build a two-way academic platform featuring regular lecture tours by Chinese experts in Belarus and online joint case discussions;

3.Promote joint clinical research focusing on shared research areas including musculoskeletal injuries, contrast-enhanced ultrasound of visceral organs, and critical lung ultrasound.

The complete cooperation chain spanning high-level mutual visits, overseas agreement signing, base inauguration, and two batches of inbound trainee programs serves as a typical example of practical healthcare cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative. The Department of Ultrasound Medicine, Peking University Third Hospital will keep sharing standardized, clinically applicable ultrasound diagnosis and treatment technologies. Relying on two-way talent training as a vital link, the department will further deepen medical exchanges and mutual learning between China and Belarus.
