Two Projects of Peking University Third Hospital Won the 2025 Huaxia Medical Science and Technology Award

On December 20, 2025, the 2025 Huaxia Medical Science and Technology Award Ceremony was held in Beijing. The project "New Mechanisms/Theories and Intervention Strategies of Membrane Receptors in Cardiovascular Diseases" by Professor Li Zijian's team from the Department of Cardiology of Peking University Third Hospital won the Second Prize of the Science and Technology Award; the project "Construction and Application of an Emergency and Critical Care Treatment and Management System Based on Systems Science" by Professor Fu Wei's team from the Emergency Department won the Health Management Award.

Professor Li Zijian's team's project originally proposed a new theory of membrane receptor activation and constructed a systematic research framework of "Theory Guidance—Mechanism Exploration—Intervention Strategy." Professor Fu Wei's team's project proposed a set of full-cycle intelligent treatment models and management plans for emergency and critical patients by integrating multiple elements such as treatment processes, resource allocation, and the application of digital and intelligent technology.
