Office of Technology Transfer

科技成果转化办公室成立于2018年3月，位于北京天工大厦C座8层，负责北京大学第三医院技术转移工作，也是北医三院医学创新研究院的重要组成部分。主要职能包括：负责知识产权管理、跨学科合作、创新转化项目凝练、科技成果开发与转化运营，以及教育培训和宣传推广等工作。

办公室在推进医学跨学科合作工作中，负责组织实施“北京学院路临床医学协同创新联盟”相关机构间的交流和合作；牵头推进“院企联合研发平台”建设工作；具体负责“中关村科学城-北京大学第三医院临床医学概念验证中心”建设工作。

在办公室的推动下，我院获得多个省部级和国家级资质认可：2019年成为“中关村国家自主创新示范区技术转移服务平台”；2022年被中国科协认定为首批“‘科创中国’创新基地（产学研协作类）”；2023年获批由北京市、中关村管委会支持的首批北京市产业开发研究院项目，也是六家获批单位中唯一的医疗机构；2024年，“中关村知识产权保护中心专利预审员实践基地”落地北医三院，这也是中关村知识产权保护中心在京建立的首家以医院为主体的预审员实践基地。除此之外，我院还获得包括北京市首批知识产权运营示范单位、北京市科委科技成果转化平台建设专项、北京市知识产权保护中心专利快速审查主体资质等认证和资助。  

当前，北京大学第三医院科技成果转化办公室正致力建设成为我国生物医药领域最具影响力之一的科技成果研发-转化-应用全链条服务平台。

Established in March 2018, the Technology Transfer Office of Peking University Third Hospital is located on the 8th floor of Building C of the Beijing Techart Science and Technology Building. It is responsible for the hospital's science and technology transfer work. The office's primary functions include intellectual property management, interdisciplinary cooperation, innovation transformation project condensation, scientific and technological achievements development, transformation operation, education, training, publicity, and promotion.

In promoting interdisciplinary cooperation in medicine, the office is responsible for organizing and implementing exchanges and cooperation among relevant institutions of the "Beijing Academy Road Clinical Medicine Collaborative Innovation Alliance," taking the lead in promoting the construction of the Joint R&D Platform between hospitals and enterprises; and is specifically responsible for the "Zhongguancun City" and the "Zhongguancun Science Park." It is also specifically responsible for constructing "Zhongguancun City - Peking University Third Hospital Clinical Medicine Proof of Concept Center."

Through the efforts of the office, our hospital has received multiple provincial, ministerial, and national-level qualifications and recognitions: In 2019, it became a "Technology Transfer Service Platform of the Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone." In 2022, it was recognized by the China Association for Science and Technology as one of the first "Innovation Bases of 'Sci-Tech China' (Industry-Academia-Research Collaboration Category)." In 2023, it was approved as one of the first Beijing Industrial Development Research Institute projects supported by the Beijing Municipal Government and the Zhongguancun Administrative Committee. It is also the only medical institution among the six approved units. In 2024, the "Zhongguancun Intellectual Property Protection Center Patent Pre-Examination Officer Practice Base" was established at Peking University Third Hospital. This is the first such practice base in Beijing to be established in a hospital.

In addition, our hospital has received several other certifications and grants, including being named one of the first batch of Intellectual Property Operation Demonstration Units in Beijing, receiving special funding for technology transfer platform construction from the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and obtaining the qualification for rapid patent examination from the Beijing Intellectual Property Protection Center.
