个人介绍

工作经历:

2021年7月于北京大学基础医学院生理与病生理学系获得人体生理学博士学位,20247月于北京大学第三医院基础研究中心完成博士后研究。20248月入职北京大学第三医院中心实验室工作至今。现任副研究员,负责细胞生物学平台的分子生物学相关工作

科研工作:围绕宿主鞘脂神经酰胺代谢开展代谢性疾病的干预策略研究。未来将聚焦肠道菌群与宿主鞘脂代谢调控,利用宏基因组学、转录组、蛋白质组、脂质代谢组学等多组学联合的分析手段,探索肠道核心共生菌菌群及其关键代谢物与疾病的关联性;借助已建立的靶向肠道菌群干预与转化平台,通过无菌动物饲养与干预,高通量药物筛选和工程益生菌构建及评价等,开发针对关键功能菌群的干预措施。主持国自然科学基金1项,中国博士后创新人才支持项目1项,北京市自然科学基金面上项目1项,作为课题骨干参与工信部重点研发计划课题1项。以第一或通讯作者发表论文8篇。
